PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a specially formulated blend of colourless, fast evaporating solvents, specifically designed to clean vehicle brakes and clutches and to dampen harmful dusts.
It provides speedy and effective removal of dirt, grease, brake fluid, brake and clutch lining dust from vehicle clutches, brake drums, shoes, discs and calipers.
Other uses in the vehicle trade would include grease spot removal from fabric, tar removal from carpets etc., decal/glue remover.

DIRECTIONS
Spray liberally on the area to be cleaned and wipe off oil and grease with an absorbent cloth. N.B. When cleaning brakes test brake operation after cleaning.
May affect some painted and plastic surfaces. If in doubt, spray on a small test area first.
Note: This product contains a high level of flammable materials. Avoid spraying on or near hot surfaces or naked flames. Do not smoke whilst in use.

PRODUCT
ARROW 39 BITUMASTIC RUBBER UNDERSEAL

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a bitumen and rubber copolymer based quick drying, anti-corrosive protective film. It is ideal for the repair of underseal on cars and lorries, giving a tough, flexible, anti-chip, anti-corrosive coating. It also finds many uses in a wide range of building applications where its waterproof properties are particularly important. For example; repairs to felt roofs, guttering and general damp proofing.

DIRECTIONS
Spray onto a clean dry surface using a number of light even coats. Overspray may easily be removed by using emulsifiable degreasers or White Spirit.
On spraying it gives a black bituminous coating with excellent anti-sag properties.
Drying time will vary with temperature; at 20 Deg. C the surface will be touch dry within 20 to 30 minutes, completely dry within 1 to 2 hours. Optimum spraying temperatures : 15-25 Deg.C.

PRODUCT
ARROW 63 CARBURETTOR CLEANER

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This product is a blend of solvents for use when cleaning vehicle carburettors and fuel injection systems.
Including a red colourant for ease of visibility, it is specifically designed to remove oil, grease and other accumulated deposits from vehicle carburettors and fuel injection systems.

DIRECTIONS
Spray onto area to be cleaned, and wipe off dirt with an absorbent cloth.
For cleaning carburettors in situ: remove the air filter, shake can and spray a little of the product onto all external linkages.
Start the engine and with the throttle at half to three quarters open, spray into the air intake.
When the engine begins to stall, stop spraying.
Check the engine idling speed is constant and refit the air filter.
Caution: Cover paintwork as the strong solvents used in the product may leave marks or stains.

ARROW 40 EMULSIFIABLE DEGREASER

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a water emulsifiable solvent degrease and de-waxer.
It gives speedy and efficient removal of a wide range of oils, greases and waxes in the engineering and automotive industries. It can also be used to remove tar spots from painted surfaces.

DIRECTIONS
Spray onto the parts to be degreased and allow 5-10 minutes for the active ingredients to solubilise the grease, oil etc.
Wash off with water. Repeat as necessary.

PRODUCT
ARROW 65 IPA DE-ICER (WATER FREE)

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a high quality water free de-icer for use on vehicle windscreens.
The blend of de-icing and anti-freezing chemicals rapidly de-ices windscreens and helps prevent re-icing. The Carbon Dioxide propellant enables use at temperatures below freezing, and, therefore it is also very effective for use on frozen door locks, hinges, etc.
Will not affect paintwork, and will remain active as an aerosol down to minus 15 Deg.C. It sprays as an unbroken jet pattern, giving a volatile colourless alcoholic smelling liquid.

DIRECTIONS
Spray from a distance of 10-15 cm onto surface of windscreen until the ice melts. Repeat as necessary. When the ice has cleared a further application will help prevent re-freezing.

PRODUCT
ARROW 67 FOAMING TYRE DRESSING

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a high quality silicone emulsion in aerosol form.
A quick and convenient method of cleaning and protecting tyres.
It gives a white foamy spray that feeds into the surface of the tyre. It leaves behind a film of silicone which protects the surface against cracks and imparts an "as new" appearance to the rubber.

DIRECTIONS
Apply Foaming Tyre Dressing to clean tyres. Spray foam only onto the tyre walls-avoid spraying onto the tread. No buffing is required-the foam will disappear in approximately 10 minutes. Remove any overspray with a damp cloth.

ARROW 15 ZINC GALVANISE

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a resin based paint containing zinc powder.

APPLICATIONS
It can be used as a coating on pipes and steel fabrications to reduce corrosion and as an exceptionally good primer coat.

DIRECTIONS
Spray from 25 to 30cm onto surface to be coated using a series of light coats to build up to the thickness required. Allow to dry completely (2-4 hours) before further painting.

ARROW 38 CLEAR ACRYLIC LACQUER

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a fast drying acrylic coating, having a wide range of uses, including sealing of printed circuitry in the electronics industry, metal and paintwork overlacquering, and as a waterproofing coating for maps and technical documents.
It sprays to give a fast drying, tough, clear acrylic coating. The dried coating is non-yellowing and resistant to mild acid and alkali attack.

Dielectric Properties:
(Determined on a 30 micron fully dried film at 20 Deg. C, 50% R.H.)

1. Dielectric Constant : 50 Hz - 10,000 Hz = 3.38

2. Volume Resistivity : 15 - 400 Volts = 1 x 10 (to the power 15) ohm-cm

3. Dielectric Breakdown : 42.6 K.Volts/mm

DIRECTIONS
Spray a thin even coat onto a clean dry surface from a distance of 25 to 30cm. The surface will be touch dry within 20 minutes. Repeat as necessary leaving 20 minutes drying time between coats.

ARROW 02 DE-WATERING/ANTI-RUST AGENT (Hydrocarbon propelled)

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a de-watering, penetrating and corrosion protection fluid.

DIRECTIONS
If using as a penetrant or de-watering agent, spray from a distance of 20-30cm onto the surface, and leave for a moment before continuing work.
If using as a protective coating, spray onto surface and allow to dry to give a protective film.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a fast acting aqueous based hard surface foam cleaner.
The product is an advanced multi-purpose foam cleaner, specially formulated for cleaning hard surfaces. It can be used for cleaning and degreasing both vertical and horizontal surfaces, and its controlled break foam allows for fast application without excessive run off. It is used in the automotive industry as an upholstery cleaner.

DIRECTIONS
Spray from a distance of 20-30cm onto surface to be cleaned, leave for a few moments and then wipe off with a clean cloth. Repeat as necessary.
For use on televisions, VDU's etc., spray onto a cloth and wipe clean leaving no residues. Care should be taken to avoid accidental contact with live electrical components.

ARROW 61 PAINT & GASKET STRIPPER

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a blend of highly active paint stripping solvents, cellulose thickening agents and sealant wax.
It is a highly active aerosols paint stripper developed for fast, clean, efficient paint and varnish removal from wood, metal, GRP, ceramic and many other surfaces.
It also finds considerable acceptance as a gasket and carbon deposit remover in the automotive industry.

DIRECTIONS
Spray directly onto the area to be treated. Leave for a short time until blistering is observed. Remove with a suitable scraper. Repeat as necessary. When treatment is complete, wash with warm soapy water.

ARROW 69 PERFUMED DASHBOARD/TRIMSHEEN

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a pleasantly perfumed silicone spray containing 5% silicone in a hydrocarbon solvent. It may be used to restore, clean and condition all types of hard surfaces, being particularly suitable for vehicle dashboards, bumpers, vinyl seats and plastic door trims.
It sprays to give an almost instant drying oil and solvent blend. The silicone oil will help sheen dull dash boards, trim and plastic and help prevent cracking and splitting. The product is also helpful in eliminating minor squeaks resulting from plastic parts rubbing together.

DIRECTIONS
Ensure surfaces to be treated are clean and dry. Spray evenly from a distance of 15 to 25 cm. Excess spray may be removed with a clean duster.

Caution: Do not use in areas where painting and refinishing are being carried out; the silicone oil will impart serious defects to the finished surfaces. Do not spray onto steering wheels and control pedals.

Spray onto surface from a distance of 20-30cm and wipe over with a soft dry cloth until dry.

ARROW 62 WHITE SPRAY GREASE

PRODUCT INFORMATION
A premium quality anhydrous calcium soap based grease with water repellent solid lubricants for use in applications requiring aqueous resistance.
It can be used in anti-friction and plain bearings and pumping equipment where ingress of water has previously reduced lubrication effectiveness.
If finds particular use where, for visual reasons, a light coloured grease is desirable and has an operating temperature range of approximately -10 to 120 Deg.C.

DIRECTIONS
Shake can thoroughly before use. Spray from a distance of 15-25cm. For inaccessible areas use the extension tube.
