PRODUCT INFORMATION
A clear acrylic coating.
Can be used as a sealer or over lacquer for concrete or stone. It is particularly useful for newly laid concrete garage and warehouse floors for sealing and containing dust. It can also be used as a sealant coat prior to the application of floor paints.

DIRECTIONS
Apply directly onto surface by brush. Allow to dry before applying further coats. Should be touch dry in 1-2 hours depending on temperature and thickness of coating.

ARROW 85 PU FLOOR PAINT (GREY)

ARROW 57 METAL AND MOULD PROTECTIVE COATING

PRODUCT INFORMATION
A specially formulated blend of oil, wax and anti-corrosive compounds.

DIRECTIONS
Ideal for use for the protection of any metal object from corrosion. Especially designed for use on injection moulding tools, fittings and general castings whilst not in use, in transit and in long term storage.
NOTE: The solvent incorporated will attack both paint and neoprene. It should not therefore be used in the presence of these materials.
Spray or brush onto the surface to be coated using a number of light coats to build up a protective layer. It should be removed from protected articles before use with White Spirit.

PRODUCT
ARROW 39 BITUMASTIC RUBBER UNDERSEAL

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a bitumen and rubber copolymer based quick drying, anti-corrosive protective film. It is ideal for the repair of underseal on cars and lorries, giving a tough, flexible, anti-chip, anti-corrosive coating. It also finds many uses in a wide range of building applications where its waterproof properties are particularly important. For example; repairs to felt roofs, guttering and general damp proofing.

DIRECTIONS
Spray onto a clean dry surface using a number of light even coats. Overspray may easily be removed by using emulsifiable degreasers or White Spirit.

On spraying it gives a black bituminous coating with excellent anti-sag properties. Drying time will vary with temperature; at 20 Deg. C the surface will be touch dry within 20 to 30 minutes, completely dry within 1 to 2 hours. Optimum spraying temperatures : 15-25 Deg.C.

ARROW 68 GLOSS BLACK PAINT

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a fast drying acrylic aerosol paint.
It is a touch acrylic paint offering a convenient alternative to conventional sprayequipment. Suitable for most applications in the automotive and general industrial areas, and compatible with most other paint systems.

DIRECTIONS
Prepare surfaces by lightly sanding with wet or dry paper. Ensure that surfaces are clean, dry and free from oil and grease. Shake can vigorously for two minutes. Spray from a distance of 25 to 30cm and apply a number of thin coats, allowing ten minutes between coats. Leave for 24 hours to allow the paint to harden.
After use, invert can and spray for a few seconds to clear the nozzle.

PRODUCT
ARROW 15 ZINC GALVANISE

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a resin based paint containing zinc powder.
It can be used as a coating on pipes and steel fabrications to reduce corrosion and as an exceptionally good primer coat.

DIRECTIONS
Spray from 25 to 30cm onto surface to be coated using a series of light coats to build up to the thickness required. Allow to dry completely (2-4 hours) before further painting.

ARROW 38 CLEAR ACRYLIC LACQUER

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a fast drying acrylic coating, having a wide range of uses, including sealing of printed circuitry in the electronics industry, metal and paintwork overlacquering, and as a waterproofing coating for maps and technical documents.
It sprays to give a fast drying, tough, clear acrylic coating. The dried coating is non-yellowing and resistant to mild acid and alkali attack.

Dielectric Properties:
(Determined on a 30 micron fully dried film at 20 Deg.C, 50% R.H.)

1. Dielectric Constant : 50 Hz - 10,000 Hz = 3.38
2. Volume Resistivity : 15 - 400 Volts = 1 x 10 (to the power 15) ohm-cm
3. Dielectric Breakdown : 42.6 k.volts/mm

DIRECTIONS
Spray a thin even coat onto a clean dry surface from a distance of 25 to 30cm. The surface will be touch dry within 20 minutes. Repeat as necessary leaving 20 minutes drying time between coats.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a xylene and lead free acrylic based line marking aerosol paint designed for use with the Challenger Line Marking machine.
It may be used for line painting in car parks, tennis courts, warehouses etc., both indoors and out.

DIRECTIONS
1. Ensure surface to be marked is clean and dry.
2. Shake can vigorously until agitator ball inside can moves freely for one minute.
3. Invert can and insert into applicator. Gently rotate in order to locate correctly into applicator.
4. Fasten retaining clip over base of can.
5. Pull trigger to activate aerosol.
6. Speed of forward movement controls density of line.
7. To clean nozzle after use, turn can upright and depress for 3-4 seconds.
