Shake aerosol well before use. Hold upright and spray a thin film evenly from 10 to 20cm onto a clean, dry surface. The film is dry within a few seconds and ready for use.

PRODUCT
ARROW 05a CLEAR CHAIN & BEARING LUBRICANT

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This product is a blend of mineral oil, tackifiers and Extreme Pressure (EP) additives.
This product is intended for lubricating chains where a highly tenacious lubricant is required or where a black, bitumastic product is deemed undesirable.

DIRECTIONS
Spray onto the chain/area to be lubricated from a distance of approximately 10 to 20cm, allow a few seconds for the solvent to evaporate and restart machinery.

PRODUCT
ARROW 02 ANTI-CORROSIVE, DE-WATERING FILM

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This product is a de-watering, penetrating and corrosion protection fluid.
It is a high performance, multi application fluid which has excellent de-watering, anti-corrosive and general lubricating properties.

DIRECTIONS
If using as a penetrant or de-watering agent, spray onto the surface, and leave for a moment before continuing work. If using as a protective coating, spray onto surface and allow to dry to give a protective film.

PRODUCT
ARROW 03 CLEAR PENETRATING OIL (ALL ANGLE)

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a clear penetrating oil incorporating a residual lubricant.
It is used to rapidly and efficiently free and loosen seized nuts, bolts and hinges etc.

DIRECTIONS
Spray from a distance of 15-25cm ensuring fluid completely covers components to be freed. Allow a few minutes to penetrate before attempting to loosen parts. Repeat application during removal of components.

PRODUCT
ARROW 07 CUTTING, DRILLING & TAPPING FLUID (NON CHLORINATED)

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a blend of oils specially formulated for use when cutting, tapping and drilling to improve tool performance and extend tool life.
It may be used in all cutting, tapping and drilling operations to extend the life of cutting tools and provide improved surface finish by reducing heat and friction. It contains additives which prevent pitting, galling and metal seizures. It is suitable for all metals including stainless steel and titanium.

DIRECTIONS
Shake well, spray directly onto cutting tool and component.

ARROW 16 RESIN BASED P.T.F.E. FILM

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a fine P.T.F.E. powder incorporating a resin binder, where a more permanent durable coating is required.
The product has been formulated to provide a long lasting P.T.F.E. reinforced durable coating for use on hard surfaces such as slides, benches and packaging machines.

DIRECTIONS
Shake aerosol well before use. Hold upright and spray a thin film evenly from 20 to 30cm onto a clean, dry surface. The film will dry in 10 to 20 minutes depending on temperature and humidity.

ARROW 55 P.T.F.E. GRAPHITED DRY FILM LUBRICANT

The product is a blend of fine P.T.F.E. Powder and colloidal graphite incorporated into a resin binder for a more permanent durable coating.

DIRECTIONS
Spray evenly from a distance of 25 to 30cm onto clean, dry surfaces, removing any excess by wiping with a clean cloth.

PRODUCT
ARROW 12 NON-SILICONE MOULD RELEASE (NON-CHLORINATED)

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a vegetable oil based release agent.
It is a non-silicone release agent suitable for a wide range of moulding up to 220°C. It is easily removed by ordinary washing, facilitating further product conversion, e.g. metalising, lacquering, printing, etc.

DIRECTIONS
Spray from 20-30cm a light coating uniformly over the mould surface. Ensure surface to be sprayed is clean and dry. Repeat as necessary.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This product is a vegetable oil based lubricant for use on food plant machinery.
This is a food safe lubricant which can be used on all types of machinery in the food processing industries, where the possibility of accidental contact with food exists.
N.B. The product is not suitable for direct application to food or food bearing surfaces, e.g. chocolate mould or bread tray release agent.

DIRECTIONS
Shake aerosol thoroughly before use. Hold upright and spray from 25-30 cm onto moving or stationary machinery. If used whilst machine is in motion safety guards must not be removed.

ARROW 09 COPPER HIGH TEMPERATURE LUBRICANT (NON-CHLORINATED)

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a high temperature anti-seize compound containing copper paste in a synthetic lubricant.
It may be used as a general grease in a wide range of automotive, industrial, marine and construction industries. It also acts as an effective anti-seize assembly paste for bolts and flanges in high temperature environments, and is also extensively used as a brake caliper anti-seize compound in the automotive trade.

PRODUCT
ARROW 05 CHAIN AND BEARING LUBRICANT

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a high grade oil with the added benefit of the inclusion of graphite and molybdenum disulphide.
This product is an excellent lubricant for medium and heavily loaded chain drives. It is suitable for use over a temperature range of - 10 to 200 Degrees C. and will not easily be thrown off during use.

DIRECTIONS
Spray lightly on to the surface from a distance of 20-30cm.
