PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a heavy duty aerosol adhesive which incorporates a variable spray pattern facility and gives exceptionally strong adhesion for a wide range of demanding uses.
Finds considerable use in the furniture, flooring and automotive industries, especially for bonding foam to a wide range of surfaces. Ideal for use in repair and non structural applications where an exceptionally high strength bond is required. Should not be used on surfaces where temperatures may exceed 50 deg C.

DIRECTIONS
1. Ensure that surfaces are clean, dry and dirt free.
2. For a strong bond, spray a number of light coats on both surfaces. For a lighter bond apply to one surface only.
3. Allow a few moments for the solvents to evaporate.
4. Press surfaces together firmly, working outwards from the centre to achieve a good bond.
5. Excess adhesive can be readily removed by the use of solvent e.g.. lighter fuel, etc., taking care to follow safety instructions.
6. When finished, invert the can and spray for a few seconds to clear the nozzle.

ARROW 44 LINEMARKER BLACK (NON CHLORINATED)

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a lead free acrylic based line marking aerosol paint.
It may be used for line painting in car parks, tennis courts, warehouses etc., both indoors and out.

DIRECTIONS
1. It should be used with the correct line marker applicators.
2. Ensure surface to be marked is clean and dry.
3. Shake can vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes after the agitator balls have broken free.
4. Fit actuator button to upright can, invert can and fit into applicator.
5. The speed of movement controls the density of the line.
6. After use, turn can upright and spray for a few seconds to clear the actuator.

PRODUCT
ARROW 39 BITUMASTIC RUBBER UNDERSEAL

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a bitumen and rubber copolymer based quick drying, anti-corrosive protective film. It is ideal for the repair of underseal on cars and lorries, giving a tough, flexible, anti-chip, anti-corrosive coating. It also finds many uses in a wide range of building applications where its waterproof properties are particularly important. For example; repairs to felt roofs, guttering and general damp proofing.

DIRECTIONS
Spray onto a clean dry surface using a number of light even coats. Overspray may easily be removed by using emulsifiable degreasers or White Spirit.
On spraying it gives a black bituminous coating with excellent anti-sag properties. Drying time will vary with temperature; at 20 Deg.C the surface will be touch dry within 20 to 30 minutes, completely dry within 1 to 2 hours. Optimum spraying temperatures : 15-25 Deg C.

The product has a wide range of uses including mould releasing and lubrication in the automotive, food, clothing and furniture trades where the clean, low toxicity lubricating properties of silicone are ideal.

Spray evenly from a distance of 25 to 30cm onto clean, dry surfaces, removing any excess by wiping with a clean cloth.s

ARROW 12 NON-SILICONE MOULD RELEASE (NON-CHLORINATED)

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a vegetable oil based release agent.
It is a non-silicone release agent suitable for a wide range of moulding up to 200 Deg.C. It is easily removed by ordinary washing, facilitating further product conversion, e.g. metalising, lacquering, printing, etc.

DIRECTIONS
Spray from 20-30cm a light coating uniformly over the mould surface. Ensure surface to be sprayed is clean and dry. Repeat as necessary.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a fast evaporating blend of highly active solvents.
It may be used for the rapid and efficient removal of a wide range of marks and stains including paint, ink, crayon etc. from hard non-porous surfaces.

DIRECTIONS
Shake can well before use. Hold upright 25 to 30 cm from the surface to be cleaned. Spray thoroughly and wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth or wash away with water.
N.B. It is advisable to test a small inconspicuous area prior to use as some delicate surfaces may be softened.

ARROW 04 HEAVY DUTY DEGREASER (NON CHLORINATED)

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a highly efficient blend of solvents in aerosol form.
It is ideal for the efficient and speedy removal of stains, coatings or deposits of oil, grease or dirt. It is a product of low toxicity, leaves no residue and does not cause corrosion of metals (including aluminium)
It is safe to use on polyethylene, mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, GRP, zinc silicate, epoxy and polyurethane coatings.
It may have an adverse effect on natural and butyl rubber, Neoprene, Buna N, vinyl coatings, PVC and polystyrene. It is suitable for cleaning most electrical apparatus and installations leaving no residue.

DIRECTIONS
Spray from a distance of 15-30 cms. The product will evaporate rapidly. Any excess should be wiped off where necessary.

ARO SOLV 400ml EASY CLEAN SOLVENT

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a highly efficient general purpose cleaning solvent fitted with a unique spray through cap system.
It is ideal for the efficient and speedy removal of stains, coatings, printing inks or deposits of oil, grease or dirt. It is a product of low toxicity and leaves no residue. It is safe to use on most plastics or fibres and it quickly evaporates (we advise a test on a small sample if in doubt). It is suitable for cleaning most electrical apparatus, installations and delicate instruments leaving no residue.

DIRECTIONS
Spray from a distance of 15-30 cms. The product will evaporate rapidly. Any excess should be wiped off where necessary.

ARROW 35 LEAK DETECTOR

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a viscous solution of surfactants and ammonia designed to be used to trace costly and potentially dangerous gas leaks.
This leak detector products a microporous stable foam which indicates the position of the smallest gas leak instantly. It is non-toxic, non-flammable, non-corrosive and is completely biodegradable. Additionally it will not form combustible mixtures with other gases.
NOTE: It is not suitable for use with phosphorus or phosphorus compound gases, or on medical gases where ingress into the gas way may occur.

DIRECTIONS
Spray liberally onto area of suspected leak. Formation of a stream of bubbles will indicate the exact source of the gas leak.

This is a xylene and lead free acrylic based line marking aerosol paint designed for use with the Challenger Line Marking machine.
It may be used for line painting in car parks, tennis courts, warehouses etc., both indoors and out.

DIRECTIONS
1. Ensure surface to be marked is clean and dry.
2. Shake can vigorously until agitator ball inside can moves freely for one minute
3. Invert can and insert into applicator. Gently rotate in order to locate correctly into applicator.
4. Fasten retaining clip over base of can.
5. Pull trigger to activate aerosol.
6. Speed of forward movement controls density of line.
7. To clean nozzle after use, turn can upright and depress for 3-4 seconds.

PRODUCT
ARROW 06 BELT DRESSING SPRAY

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a blend of oils and acrylic polymers designed to prevent slippage of industrial belts and conveyors.
It may be used on conveyors, industrial and v-belts of all types. It lengthens belt life, prevents cracking and increases the transmitted power by reducing slippage. It is particularly suitable for leather, rubber, canvas and most synthetics, and is effective in reducing squeal of vehicle fan belts.

DIRECTIONS
Spray onto surface from 25 to 30cm, ensuring an even coating over the whole surface.
N.B. Should not be used where the use of a lubricant is not recommended by the belt manufacturer

PRODUCT
ARROW 14 WELD ANTI-SPATTER

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a synthetic ester lubricant based anti-spatter release agent.
It may be used for all forms of welding to prevent the adhesion of spatter. It should be applied to work pieces, shrouds, nozzles and to jigs, tools and fixtures. It is easy and economical to use, extends nozzle life and ensures free gas flow in inert gas welding.

DIRECTIONS
Shake the can and hold upright. Apply a thin even film from a distance of 25 to 30 cms.

PRODUCT
ARROW 61 PAINT & GASKET STRIPPER

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a blend of highly active paint stripping solvents, cellulose thickening agents and sealant wax.
It is a highly active aerosol paint stripper developed for fast, clean, efficient paint and varnish removal from wood, metal, GRP, ceramic and many other surfaces. It also finds considerable acceptance as a gasket and carbon deposit remover in the automotive industry.

DIRECTIONS
Spray directly onto the area to be treated. Leave for a short time until blistering is observed. Remove with a suitable scraper. Repeat as necessary. When treatment is complete, wash with warm soapy water.

PRODUCT
ARROW 22 GRAFFITI REMOVER (GEL)

PRODUCT INFORMATION
This is a blend of slow evaporating, less aggressive solvents in gel form.
This product is for use on painted or more delicate surfaces where it is important to remove marks with minimal detriment to the original surface. Being in gel form it is ideal for use on vertical surfaces.

DIRECTIONS
Shake can well before use. Spray directly onto areas to be cleaned. Leave for 2-3 minutes and check mark removal by wiping a small area with a soft, dry cloth. Repeat at regular intervals until marks are clearly seen to have been removed. When treatment is complete, wash the whole area with water and wipe with a cloth or sponge.
